    • The term of your membership starts from the date of payment.

    • The pre-activity declaration must be completed in order to activate your membership.

    • It is the centre’s policy not to refund, credit or transfer memberships unless under exceptional circumstances and agreed by the Manager.

    • Patrons using the facilities must produce a valid ticket, membership card or Photographic ID when requested to by the Manager on duty.

    • The Management have the right to refuse admission to the centre and may discontinue a membership at any time when deemed appropriate.

    • The Management have the right to close the centre at short notice to attend to urgent repairs or for health and safety reasons.

    • Filming and photography are not permitted in any areas of the centre.

    • Centre users are politely asked to abide by the Codes of Conduct displayed throughout the Centre.

    • Please do not use the facilities if you are feeling unwell. Please consult your General Practitioner (GP).

    • The Management does not take any responsibility for any articles lost, stolen, damaged or mislaid on the premises. Please use the lockers provided. Items left in lockers overnight will be removed.

    • It is our priority to have all facilities in perfect working order. In the event of a breakdown, we will ensure to have it repaired as swiftly as possible.

    • Children in the pool should be accompanied at all times:

      • Children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult swimmer at all times.

      • Children aged 6-10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This adult must keep their child in view at all times.

      • Children aged 11 years and upwards may be unaccompanied.

    • Fitness classes are subject to change. Pre-booking is required.

    • Members are advised to be aware of the following when using the Gym:

      • Children under 16 are not permitted in the gym at any time.

      • During the school’s scheduled PE sessions, access to the gym is not permitted. Please check posters and website for days and times.

      • Mobile phones should not be used when operating gym equipment.

    • Members are asked to avoid use of the Health Suite if any of the following apply:

      • If you are pregnant.

      • If you suffer from health disease, circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or any condition that may affect your reaction to heat.

      • If you are suffering from any infectious skin diseases, sores or wounds.

      • If you are taking any coagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquillisers, or any medication which makes you unsure as to the advisability of using saunas or steam rooms.

      • If you have eaten a heavy meal within 90 minutes prior to using the facilities.

      • If you have consumed alcohol within 90 minutes prior to using the facilities.

      • If you have recently exercised. Time should be allowed to enable your body temperature to return to normal levels.

    • By enrolling your child/children into Newpark Activity Camp you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    • Your booking is confirmed once both full payment and completed digital form are received.

    • No deposits.

    • Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.

    • Submitting the digital form carries the same weight as signing the terms and conditions.

    • Children must be fully toilet trained to attend camp.

    • Any special needs, injury, allergy or illness, or other important information the camp leaders should know about, must be clearly stated on the application form.

    • Children must bring a packed lunch, a drink and weather appropriate outdoor wear every day. Newpark Sports Centre encouraged a healthy packed lunch. We are a nut free camp, this included foods that may contain traces of nuts. This is all nuts not just peanuts.

      • Nutella and Kinder products both have high nut content. On occasion we may have to restrict other foods to facilitate children with particular allergies.

    • Drop off and collection times must be adhered to. Children may not be dropped off before 10am and must be collected by 3pm. Two late collections may result in cancellation of the remaining camp booking.

    • Newpark Sports Centre does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participants.

    • All valuables are to be left at home.

    • Mobile phones and other devices are not permitted on camp.

    • If your child continually demonstrates inappropriate behaviour after guidance procedures have been followed, you will be notified and your child may be removed, suspended for a period to be determined, or excluded permanently for the camp without refund.

    • Camp bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Newpark Sports Centre.

    • Newpark Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel part of / or the entire programme with all payments refunded.

    • Activity programmes are subject to cancellation, alteration, and re-arrangement in the event of unsuitable weather conditions, insufficient numbers or other factors which may arise that are beyond our control.

    • Lost property cannot be kept at present so please ensure you check your child’s belonging before leaving the centre.

    • Please advise the relevant group leader each morning of who will be collecting your child from camp. If camp staff are not aware of arrangements for collection, they will not let the child go home without first contacting the parent / guardian as listed on the camp form. This also applies to children travelling home alone.

    • Please ensure you are contactable during camp hours or you provide staff with an alternative emergency contact.

    • Newpark Sports Centre reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrolment.

    • Information provided on the digital form will be used to communicate about your booking only.
