This Customer Charter sets out the standards of services you can expect to receive from Newpark Sports Centre.


Our Promise

It is the policy of the Management and all staff of the centre to provide a safe environment, a hygienic facility which meets Health and Safety standards, and provide you our customer with an enjoyable experience whilst in the centre. We will commit to giving you a level of customer service which is both courteous and friendly and meets your expectations.

Customer Feedback

We encourage you to let us know your thoughts and comments.

If you would like to make a comment or suggestion about any of the services we provide, there are a number of ways to do this, and by giving us your feedback, it will help us provide you, our valued customer, with the best possible services and facilities at all times.

Please make your comments via:

  • Customer feedback form. This is facilitated through our online forms. Please fill in our feedback form HERE, and our Customer Care Rep will then address your issue and give you direct feedback.

  • Speak directly to a member of staff or the Customer Care Rep Damaris Ayres.

  • You can share your concerns by e mail / or in writing to Newpark Sports Centre, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin.

Sports Centre

We will endeavor to ensure:

  • Our services and facilities are available to the public throughout the advertised opening hours.

  • Our Centre is clean, safe and will be maintained at all times.

  • All toilets, showers and changing areas are checked on a regular basis and cleaned immediately if needed. All lockers are in good mechanical order.

  • Swimming pool temp is maintained at 29 degrees celsius, pool water is checked every two hours to maintain all Health and Safety EU standards.

  • Customers are notified of any changes to our programme or services, when possible in advance through In house notices, our website and Facebook.

Newpark Activities

  • We will provide a wide variety of Sports and Physical activities for both adults and children.

  • We will provide the same level of service to all out customers regardless of age, race, abilityor gender.

  • We will assist and develop the local community by providing both a variety of activities an employment, and working closely with local authorities/ amenities.


  • Newpark Staff are highly trained and certified in all areas in which they represent.

  • Newpark staff will be welcoming, friendly and endeavour to help you at all times.

  • Newpark staff will be courteous, and strive to meet our customer expectations.

  • Newpark Management team are available to speak to and discuss any queries/comments you may have.

  • We ask all our customers in return to be courteous to all Newpark Staff.
