We are thrilled to announce that Newpark Sports Centre has been awarded the title of Leisure Centre of the Year 2024 in the National Quality Standard Awards by Ireland Active. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Ireland's Leisure, Health, and Fitness sectors.
Our team has been recognised for our outstanding performance in safety, hygiene, customer engagement, and human resources, making us stand out among other leisure centres nationwide. This award is the most prestigious in the Leisure and Fitness industry, and we are honoured to have won it.
Additionally, we have been awarded the "Outstanding" award for the sixth year in a row, which recognises our continuous commitment to providing a safe, hygienic, and customer-friendly facility for the benefit of all our customers. We couldn't have achieved this without our staff's dedication and our customers' continued support.

Q Mark for Leisure standard provides a comprehensive/integrated approach to audit the quality management systems and operational hygiene standards of Leisure Centres. The key elements of this award are based on management commitment, development and communication of the centre's policies, business planning, organisation and our customer focus.
RLSS UK APPROVED TRAINING CENTRE
Here at the Centre, we are a certified training centre for the RLSS in training new lifeguards. All our lifeguards carry this qualification and engage in regular training ensuring they are fully up to date.
