Strengthen your abs and glutes with this kettlebell based workout. Come down and challenge yourself. No two classes are ever the same. €8.00 per class.
Conditioning
Our highest intensity class focused on improving cardiovascular fitness. Challenge yourself and your fitness with a our newest class. €8.00 per class.
Spinning
Aerobic indoor cycling class.
Exercise for Over 50's
Supervised fitness centre sessions combining all fitness components. €6 per class.
AquaAerobics
This is a fantastic pool based class designed to build strength and endurance in a low impact environment. No swimming skills are needed and participants can choose the depth of the water that suits them. €10.00 per class
Learn2Lift
