About the Pool
Our heated, 25 metre swimming pool has been in use since the Centre first opened in 1973. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the pool environment, and strive to maintain this standard at all times. The pool hosts a range of public swims and swimming lessons.
The pool is open to members and drop-in guests at various times during the day. Please see our range of public swims below. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water at all times. Children aged 8-10 years must be in the presence of a supervising, responsible adult. Children aged 11 years and up may swim unaccompanied.
We highly recommend that you book your swim with us online or by phone before attending to avoid disappointment!

Our popular morning adult only lane swim has free lanes for those who wish to follow their own routine, alongside designated lanes for Masters swimmers looking to follow a given session.

A 30 minute mid-morning swim for those who want a short session. One lane is provided for those who wish to lane swim.

A quiet swim dedicated to parents with young children up to age 4. There is no minimum age for this swim. The quiet pool is the perfect introduction to the water.

Our popular Aqua Fit class consists of 40 minutes of low-impact, resistance exercise. Perfect for those who are looking to stay fit and increase strength and mobility.

Our adult only lunchtime swim is for those looking to squeeze in a lunchtime workout. Three lanes are dedicated to length swimming, with an extra wide lane for those looking for a more relaxed swim.
Please note: The extra wide lane will be used by school students on Wednesdays from the 9th of October onwards, and will therefore, not be available to customers.

This family swim is perfect for the whole family to come down and enjoy the pool. One lane is provided on request for those who wish to lane swim.
