Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
By booking your child / children into a birthday party, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Submitting the digital form carries the same weight as signing the terms and conditions.
Information provided on the digital form will be used to communicate about your booking only.
A parent or guardian must sign the digital application form.
Your booking is confirmed once both payment and a completed application form are received. A €50 non-refundable deposit is required on booking to secure your booking. A staff member will call to confirm children numbers a few days. Final full payment must be made before the conclusion of your party.
Payment can be made by cash or card.
A waiver will be forwarded to you on booking confirmation that must be circulated and signed for all party attendees.
Any relevant medical history, ailments or injuries your child has must be disclosed when booking. Newpark School Sports Centre will not be held liable for instances which may occur where relevant information is not disclosed when booking.
Organising parents/guardians must remain with the party at all times.
Children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times.
Parties run strictly with the booked times. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the party. Parents/guardians should check in at reception on arrival.
Parents/guardians must provide food, drinks, cake, or any decorations. The Centre will not take responsibility for the provision of these items. Newpark School Sports Centre has a nut free policy for all Centre activities.
As food will not be provided, please be aware of any allergies when organising food.
Newpark School Sports Centre does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participants.
Newpark School Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel part of or the entire booking with all payments refunded.
All bookings are subject to cancellation, alteration and re-arrangement in the event of unsuitable weather conditions, insufficient numbers or other factors which may arise that are beyond our control.
If a party is unable to attend, the Centre will endeavour to reschedule the party to a later date. If this is not possible, a partial refund of amounts paid to date (minus deposit) may be organised.
Lost property will be kept for one week from the end of each party.
All Centre users are politely asked to abide by the Codes of Conduct displayed throughout the Centre.
