We will be working hard within guidelines to safely re-open the fitness centre on 20th July.
There will be a number of changes to the centre to ensure the safety of all centre users and staff.
Booking is required for all fitness centre sessions. Please read and follow the guidelines you receive in your booking email. You will be sent a link for a pre-activity health check and your temperature will be checked when you attend the centre.
Sessions will be limited to 60 minutes with time allocated between sessions for cleaning. Equipment will be limited. Refer to our FAQs for more details.
The bright and airy gym has a range of fitness equipment to choose from including cardio vascular (great for your heart and lungs) and resistance equipment (great for toning the body).
Whether your goal is to lose weight, look good or feel great, our team of fully qualified fitness instructors are on hand to help you get the most from your workout sessions.
Begin your fitness journey with an induction. A member of the gym team will ensure you are aware of how to get the most from your workout – safely.
Do you have a specific goal such as losing weight, or are you training for a specific event? If so, our gym team will design you a programme to suit your need.
If you have been to a gym before and are familiar with how to use the equipment and are comfortable setting your own training programme, a member of the fitness team will simply check that you know how to use the equipment safely and assess if a more in-depth induction is required.
