Fitness Centre
Newpark fitness centre is open to members and non-members.Pay as you go admission only €5 before 12noon Monday to Friday

Please note - The fitness centre is unavailable on Thursdays and Fridays from 12-1pm.

- programme prescription

- healthy lifestyle and dietary advice
